of Rollingwood Corridor Study Land Strategies, Inc. was contracted by the City of Rollingwood to define a sense of place for Rollingwood by utilizing their roadway corridor to establish a land use plan for the city. Land Strategies, Inc.’s analysis identified constraints and opportunities to bring a downtown core to the city. |

The importance of identifying a location for a town center was significant for the city’s development and tax base. In conjunction with that analysis, Land Strategies, Inc. assisted in creating a program of major improvements to the pedestrian movement along Bee Cave Road, as well as the development of the Dry Creek corridor and pedestrian linkage to Zilker Park from the proposed Town Center.
